This part should be the easiest part of this whole thing, right? I mean, who knows ME more than ME? I’ll tell you the parts of me that I feel are most important to you in choosing a photographer to create your special memories.

For one, I am a mother of four. Patience is something I have graciously and inevitably developed over the years. I will not rush you or your little ones through a session. I do not have any time limits on my regular sessions, I will photograph until I am personally thrilled with the images we have created. I somehow see beauty in everything and everyone. That’s hard to believe, right? (Trust me, I do and it can be a curse, too!)

My love for photography started as a child. It began with 24 exposures and a dream. Double prints to share with friends and family, finding that one image that lit up my soul and begging to have it enlarged to an 8x10. I first fell in love with nature photography, but I learned in high school that people paid more than sunsets on the bayou, snowy mountains, or fall colored leaves on trees hovering over a beautiful Arkansas back road. So, I shifted my efforts to portraiture, which I found just as much joy and beauty in creating as well. I believe that eyes are the window to the soul and I think you will see that in my work.

My style can also be seen through my work, however, please know I am always open, willing and so very excited to try new things and have creative freedom with you to create art TOGETHER.
